Rex Ryan reportedly thinks he might be losing his job, so he’s not going to go down without showing a little passion.
Ryan unleashed some heated words at an official after no flag was thrown when Jets quarterback Geno Smith was pushed and took a tumble out of bounds on Sunday. Ryan and a line judge had a front row view when Browns defensive back Tashaun Gipson chased Smith out of bounds, at which point Smith took quite a dive to the turf.
Ryan was not pleased with the no-call and lost his cool. After throwing his headset and stomping his feet at the ref, Ryan started jawing with Gipson, and Santonio Holmes had to hold the coach back. It was a crazy scene.
