Inside the Bills:
Bengals starting RG Clint Boling, a rookie, has been replaced in Cincinnati’s starting lineup for today’s game with the Bills.
Mike McGlynn, a fourth-year player, is his replacement in the starting lineup. Boling is a bit longer-framed player and doesn’t anchor especially well yet, while McGlynn is a bit stockier player and does anchor more consistently.
There’s little doubt that Marcell Dareus’ presence at left defensive end influenced this decision by the Bengals because Boling vs. Dareus, which we featured in our Motorola XOOM Scouting report on Friday, would’ve been a mismatch.
