Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice will not report for voluntary offseason workouts Monday.
Rice, who is seeking a long-term extension, has not signed the franchise tender placed on him, NFL.com reported.
The 25-year-old Rice rushed for 1,364 yards and 12 touchdowns last season. He also had 76 receptions for 704 yards and three scores.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting that Dennis Dixon is still an option for the Rams but he is also being pursued by the Ravens. The Ravens need a back up quarterback for Joe Flacco.
