I was browsing Twitter this morning and I read a note from Edmonton Sun reporter Terry Jones suggesting the Oilers could be very busy on the day of the deadline because they have several pieces to move. That message got my imagination working. So let's say the Oilers do/can make several deals... And what if those deals move out old guys and/or pieces that aren't really part of the long-term...
