Gronkowski went to the Patriots' locker room late in the fourth quarter following an extra point attempt with an undisclosed injury. He recorded 137 yards receiving and two touchdowns before he left the game.
Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been sidelined since Week 7 with an ankle injury.
Gronkowski has 53 receptions for 748 yards and 10 touchdowns in 10 games this season.
