Robert Griffin III’s father told USA Today Tuesday that the quarterback “definitely” plans to start at Cleveland in Week 15. “He’s doing great,” Robert Griffin II said. “He definitely said he plans to start. I haven’t seen him (the last two days). But he told me (today) everything has gone well. … Monday he said he felt really good. Today he felt better. Every day he’s getting better. Monday he had no problems and throughout the workout, he had no problems.” Multiple reports suggest Redskins players have not been briefed on RGIII’s outlook, so don’t put much stock in Pierre Garcon’s prediction that Kirk Cousins will play.
It will be interesting to see if RG3 can in fact go, and it will be hard to stop the hungry Cleveland Browns who are on a 3 game winning streak.
