It's fair to argue that Joe Montana and Tom Brady represent the past and present gold standards of NFL quarterbacks. They each set individual passing records, won multiple Super Bowl championships, and helped transform their respective teams into dynasties. Following the enormity of Brady's success over the last decade, many have pondered the answer to the million dollar question: who's the better QB? Patriots owner Robert Kraft seems to have the answer, telling NFL.com's Albert Breer that Brady has surpassed Montana -- and then some. "I think that Tommy, with all due respect, is better than Joe Montana," Kraft said. "I know that's a leap, but I really think he might already be the best of all time. I watch how involved he is, how driven he is. He's like Belichick, he's into the details. And he's got a skill that makes him so special, he can process all of it so quickly. ... And then, he's just got that quality. C...

  • I love Bob Kraft, totally respect the classy and great man that he is. But I have to say he is wrong on this topic. Maybe before Brady is done this will be a true statement, but not right now.
All Joe did was win the MVP in 3 Super Bowls by throwing for a total of 785 yards and 9 TD's. It's all about the hardware and Joe is right now the greatest of all time until someone can top what he accomplished.

Tom Brady Tries Out as Wide Receiver Against Rob Gronkowski Before Giants Game (Photos)

Tom Brady is used to being the one throwing touchdowns, but on Wednesday he tried his hand at catching a few. Before Wednesday's final preseason game in New York, Brady and some teammates decided it was time to let loose and have a little fun. Along with teammates Rob Gronkowski and Deion Branch, Brady worked on his skills on the outside and tried to haul in a few passes. Brady...

NFL Elite Rankings: Does Tom Brady have enough left for a Super Bowl run?

It's finally here boys and girls.  The pre - sneezin is over and we can awake from the sickness of watching 3rd stringers shut down the scoreboard for 3 hours.  It's time to set our fantasy lineups, play some pickup games in the street and revolve our lives around Monday Night Football.  It's an addiction for which a rehab does not exist.  And I'm cool with...

It’s a tall order, but this could be the funniest photo of Tom Brady ever (photos)

Despite his reputation as a stylish, handsome and debonair magazine cover boy and red carpet superstar (despite the questionable hairdo on one occasion), New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has had his fair share of überdorky, awkward and profoundly hilarious images and videos depicting him as something of a oafish — and other times, effeminate — dolt. Robert Kraft: Tom Brady is better than Joe Montana, might be best ever

While most fans and media believe that Michael Jordan was the greatest NBA player of all time, there is far less consensus about who is the best quarterback of all time. Some say Johnny Unitas, others point to Joe Montana, both John Elway and Peyton Manning are in the discussion, and many believe Tom Brady is up there. Montana gets the nod in many debates because he went 4-0 in...

Meteorologist Tebows during Hurricane Isaac

I don't know why or when "reporter getting pummeled in the middle of a hurricane" became a thing, but Jim Cantore is the Joe Montana of the craft. As he stands in the streets of New Orleans with Hurricane Isaac coming through, Cantore takes a moment to drop to one knee and say, "for whatever it's worth, I hope I'm making Tebow proud." Brian Waters Absence Remains Mystery, Could Leave Patriots With Major Gap in Front of Tom Brady (Video)

Bill Belichick and the Patriots have been having some serious problems along the offensive line throughout the preseason. Injuries have definitely played a factor, but there's also been another significant piece to the protection puzzle on the loose. Brian Waters, a Pro Bowler and key cog to New England's Super Bowl run in 2011, has been missing since the beginning of training...

Vote: Will the Patriots Win the Super Bowl This Season?

The NFL regular season begins soon, and that means the Patriots are poised for another run at the Super Bowl. A year removed from a loss to the Giants in Super Bowl XLVI, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick will once again lead the Pats into a fresh season looking for their fourth ring together. It won't be easy. Expectations are high once again, since the Pats will bring back the bulk...

Damond Talbot’s 2013 Small School Draft Prospects

QB Brad Sorensen – Southern Utah/BYU 6-5, 225 – Brad is by far the best QB in this class from the small school level. He is probably the best small school quarterback coming out since Joe Flacco. Keep an eye on the BYU transfer this year in Southern Utah. Last year Sorensen was a very good player, and an All American in his conference, look for him to be in running for the Walter...
