New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft had a brief meet-and-greet with boxer Floyd Mayweather as the fighter stopped by Kraft's suite at the Georgia Dome during the fourth quarter of Sunday night's NFL game in Atlanta.
After posing for a picture together, Kraft was more than happy to show off one of his Super Bowl rings, which Mayweather seemed to appreciate.

The Patriots are beating some bad teams, Brady can't do it with smoke and mirrors all season.
After a blazing hot 27-5 start to the season, I fell to the earth with a 7-9 Week 3. I'm still challenging the ESPN Experts for the lead and I plan to take them down.
Early in the season we're still learning about teams, after this week things will really be in focus...

How good was Talib's game in Atlanta? It was (aside...
The NFL season is just four games into the regular season and the New England Patriots have quietly emerged with a perfect 4-0 record after one quarter of the season. With a vastly different roster this season, will 2013 emerge as Bill Belichick’s best job as a head coach?
It’s a difficult question to pose with so much football left to play and a coach that has led his team to...
Remember in March when I wrote a column on the Patriots offseason move on why they’re defense was going to be a top-10 defense. Bringing back Aqib Talib, resigning Rob Ninkovich, and drafting Chandler Jones and Dante Hightower in the 1st round in 2012, moving Devin McCourty to safety and most of all locking up […]
The Patriots went into Atlanta on Sunday night and put a stamp on their first landmark win of the season. Even after improving to 4-0 for just the fourth time in his career, Tom Brady still doesn’t seem impressed.
“We’re doing OK,” Brady said during his weekly appearance on WEEI’s Dennis and Callahan Morning Show. “We’re just trying to grind it out.

The New England Patriots made a statement on Sunday night by defeating the Atlanta Falcons on the road, but it was not all good news for Bill Belichick’s squad after the victory. New England Patriots defensive tackle and five-time Pro Bowler Vince Wilfork reportedly sustained a torn Achilles against Atlanta.
The Patriots survived a furious comeback from Atlanta late, with Aqib Talib's pass breakup in the end zone preserving a 30-23 win.
After going up 30-13, the Patriots gave up a quick 10 points to turn the game into a one possession game. A Tom Brady fumbled snap gave Atlanta the ball back with 1:50 left. One play later, Matt Ryan hit Julio Jones for 49 yards, setting up Atlanta...
