According to the North County Times, returning San Diego receivers, Vincent Brown and Malcom Floyd, continue to be the primary targets for quarterback Philip Rivers.Fantasy Spin:Rivers is still improving on his chemistry with free agent signee Robert Meachem. We expect Meachem to seize one of the starting jobs on the outside along with Floyd eventually, but Brown is a lingering threat as is slot receiver Eddie Royal.
