Linebacker Rocky McIntosh was unable to participate fully in practice for a third straight day because of a concussion suffered in last Sunday's win over Green Bay, but Redskins Coach Mike Shanahan has not ruled him out of this weekend's game against Indianapolis. Shanahan said McIntosh met with a doctor Friday morning and will see a neutral doctor before Sunday night's game "to get a final evaluation of where he's at." McIntosh was only able to participate in walk-through practice sessions on Wednesday and Thursday. "He's got a chance, if the doctors clear him," Shanahan said. "He got a good workout this morning, which is good: good running in, good weight-lifting. So that was a good sign." If McIntosh is unable to play, the Redskins could turn to H.B.
