Falcons receiver Roddy White (ankle, hamstring) wouldn't say if he is 100 percent healthy, but did note that he could run at full speed, plant his feet and cut into his routes, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.Fantasy Spin:"How I felt at the beginning of the season and right now is totally different," White said. "I've been doing a lot of work inside the weight room and outside, getting myself ready to go. It's going to be a battle out there. I'm excited. I just want to get back out there on the field and play." White is expected to return to action Sunday against Seattle after missing the last three games and playing hurt the first five. However, he'll have to face lockdown cornerback Richard Sherman so fantasy owners should leave him on the bench for another week.
