Atlanta Falcons Wide Receiver Roddy White told USA Today the team hopes to take advantage of the 49ers aggressiveness (Credit: AP Photo) Nothing beats a little trash talk before playoff football. Last weekend, after beating the Denver Broncos, Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo took to Twitter to trash talk the New England Patriots. This weekend, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White is trash talking the San Francisco 49ers defense. While talking to USA Today, White spoke about some of the hard hits the 49ers defense dealt out during last year’s playoffs. White had two words of advice for the 49ers defense, “don’t miss”. “Those guys do come downhill and they try to knock you out, and anytime you do that, if you miss, there’s going to be consequences,” White told USA Today this week. “It’s going to lead to explosive gains on offense. We’re looking forward to that. “We’ve got big strong guys who are used to contact after catching and used to getting after people. As long as we can catch the ball and get our pads turned downfield, we’ll break tackles.” White and the Falcons offense will hope to capitalize on the 49ers aggressiveness tomorrow. White believes if the Falcons wide receivers are matched up one-on-one, they will win the match up. “We have extremely talented wide receivers and tight ends, guys who can go up and win one-on-one match ups,” quarterback Matt Ryan said. “Regardless of who we’re going against, we feel like we have to take those chances. “Our guys have done a great job all year, when I’ve given them a shot, they’ve gone up and made a lot of plays for us.” From the sounds of it, both games tomorrow are going to be great.   The post Roddy White to 49ers defense, “Don’t miss” appeared first on DOWN & DISTANCE.
