Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger left Monday night's game against the Kansas City Chiefs due to a possible right shoulder injury. The team listed his possible return to the game as questionable. Roethlisberger was hurt on a third-quarter sack by the Chiefs' Justin Houston and Tamba Hali, NFL.com reported. The quarterback left the game under his own power, and backup Byron Leftwich took over. Before exiting, Roethlisberger completed nine of 18 passes for 84 yards and a touchdown. The game was tied 10-10 when he was injured. Entering the night, Roethlisberger's 101.1 passer rating ranked fifth in the league. He completed at least 70 percent of his passes in each of the past three weeks against the Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins and New York Giants, all Pittsburgh wins. Through eight games, Roethlisberger had 16 touchdown passes and just four interceptions.
