DeAngelo Hall believes head linesman Dana McKenzie was equally at fault after the Washington Redskins cornerback appeared to berate the official during Sunday's 27-12 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. We doubt the NFL will agree.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell spoke Wednesday on "Madden Football" on SiriusXM NFL Radio and indicated a decision on potential punishment for Hall will come Wednesday or Thursday. It didn't sound like Goodell will be lenient.
"Well, I think that's the point of our rules here," Goodell told host and NFL.com columnist Adam Schien. "There's respect for the people who are playing the game, coaching the game and officiating the game, and it is critical that we have that. And it is not only respect for the game and the people who are involved, but also sportsmanship. And we want to make sure that we maintain that.
"That's not what football is about. We're not suggesting that everyone is going to agree with every officiating call on the field, but there's a way to do that and there's a way not to do it. And we have very strong rules in this area, and we're going to enforce them aggressively." Source: NFL.com Attached Thumbnails

I have a lot to write about the Patriots in their section, so I’m going to use this section to talk about the NFL in London. I just don’t think it’s a very good idea. It’s fine having one or two games per year there, but every time we have one, there’s talk about moving a team there and it would make no sense geographically. It’s just too...
