The Redskins gathered Monday morning in Ashburn, and the message was clear: They're trying to hold things together as best they can in the wake of Sunday's 20-17 loss at Carolina, but there are already indications that the players believe changes must happen. Cornerback Carlos Rogers said the future of Coach Jim Zorn isn't the only question that players are talking about. "Things ain't working," Rogers said. "When things don't work, there comes about change. Maybe it's good. Maybe it's bad. I think, like I said, they say players panic. Coaches panic, too, when things happen.
