It was reported last night that Ravens linebacker Rolando McClain was arrested in Decatur, Alabama for disorderly conduct. We were able to get some more details on the arrest from Lt. John Crouch, who ended up going on the radio with Ed Norris on 105.7 The Fan in Baltimore. Crouch indicated that the Police were called to the park because of disturbance reports. When they arrived they could hear someone yelling “f*** the police.” “It appeared that whoever it was was trying to get the crowd stirred up,” Crouch said. “They eventually identified the person in the crowd, moved in and told him he was under arrest for disorderly conduct. At which point, he tried to jerk away. The officers grabbed his arms, he continued to struggle, trying to pull the officers further into the crowd. They did eventually get handcuffs on him. At that point, they recognized him as Rolando McClain.” McClain is well-known to police in the area as a result of his previous brushes with the law, some of which are still pending and Crouch said it was possible that this arrest could threaten bonds posted in those cases. Crouch also said there was no sign of intoxication and that he felt McClain brought this arrest upon himself. What’s really sad is that McClain brought the arrest on himself.  It looks he may never learn.   Need NFL Tickets?
