ARLINGTON, Texas—Many adjectives described Tony Romo's play Sunday, and none were negative.
Accurate, resilient, elusive, exciting. Take your pick. When Romo plays like this—completing 21-of-29 passes for 311 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions—the Cowboys (4-2) can be special. Sunday's 37-21 victory over the Falcons was Dallas' best game of the season, a convincing win over a quality opponent. Romo outperformed Matt Ryan (19-for-35, 198 yards, two touchdowns, two interceptions), and more important the Cowboys looked impressive.
"The three phases of the game were fun to watch—offensively, defensively and special teams," Romo said. "This was a good day. It's one of those things that allows you to really believe in yourself."
