Wide receiver Roy Williams took the blame for the deflected pass that turned a game-tying touchdown into a deflating interception late in the fourth quarter Sunday. On first-and-10 from the Chiefs’ 13-yard line with 4:10 to play and the Bears trailing 10-3, Caleb Hanie threw a pass to Williams — in traffic, but open — over the middle at the goal line.
