 For four games last season, Roy Williams was able to show how much he was able to add to the Bengals defense. After signing a one-year deal to return, the strong safety is hoping to show it over the entire year.  The two sides agreed to terms on Saturday with the Bengals officially announcing the deal on Monday. Williams’ return, along with a healthy Chris Crocker, gives them a pair of physical safeties.  “Before I got hurt I felt like me and Chris were a good tandem out there,” said Williams, who is entering his ninth season and second in Cincinnati. “We did a solid job and I’m looking forward to coming back and finishing the season healthy.”  Through three games Williams was tied for the team lead in tackles (25) but bruised his right forearm during practices in the week leading up to the Week 4 game at Cleveland.
