Broncos receiver Eddie Royal missed his second straight practice Thursday, still recovering from a concussion.
Royal, who also missed practice time last week with a toe injury, collided with a teammate during a punt return late in Denver's victory over Minnesota last Sunday.
Coach John Fox said the team was being cautious with Royal and following the league-mandated medical protocols on concussions.
Running back Willis McGahee (knee) also missed his second straight practice Thursday but said he'll be ready to play Sunday against Chicago.
Left tackle Ryan Clady (knee) was back at practice Thursday after missing Wednesday's session.
Linebacker Von Miller, who missed last week with a thumb injury, practiced for the second straight day and is expected to play Sunday with a cast over his right thumb.

Elway determined to succeed with Tebow
John Elway doesn't hate Tim Tebow.
If he did, Elway wouldn't have personally apologized for recent comments that made it seem the Denver Broncos' commitment to Tebow was lacking. And while still hesitant to unequivocally proclaim Tebow as the franchise's "quarterback of the future," Elway wouldn't be planning to work hands-on with Tebow this offseason...
Miller returns to action with cast on thumb

My Thoughts on Tim Tebow
Tim Tebow has been one of the most debated names in football. People either defend him to death or hate his guts, but there’s no questioning the results. The Broncos are 7-5 and have won five in a row and six of seven with Tebow under center. Like him or not, the kid is a winner. He has won at every level of his career and until he proves otherwise in the NFL, he’s a...

McDaniels left more than Tebow and turmoil behind
(Eds: APNewsNow. Will be updated.) By EDDIE PELLS AP National Writer Josh McDaniels. The mere mention of his name brings back bitter, embarrassing memories in Denver.

Tebow Time Tattoo would make A-Rod Jealous
Walk into Alex Rodriguez's house, you see the huge picture of himself as a half-man, half-horse (centaur). Look at this man's thigh, you see Tim Tebow as a centaur. I don't care about how he had a bet to get this tattoo, all that matters is the fact he doesn't have Tim Tebow's face on his arm. No jealousy from me until you get the Messiah's face, with a heavenly...
