 Frostee Rucker and the Bengals have agreed to a two-year extension that could earn him as much as $3 million. The fifth-year defensive end was originally a restricted free agent, but the two sides were able to agree to something beyond the one-year tender.  ”I’ve been wanting to hang around since a couple years back and didn’t want to go off and try anything new,” Rucker said. “I like being around the community and really pushed for staying a couple more years.”  Rucker can play both defensive end and tackle and had 13 tackles and an interception. While most people were upset with getting tendered, Rucker was not worried. In a capped year, he would have been an unrestricted free agent.  The Bengals have done well with keeping the core of their defense in tact.
