I’m scared to get Lasik Juan..

Jamaal Charles need to invest in some Lasik, STAT. Who practices in their glasses? Anyway, rumor around Chiefs camp is that JC Superstar and Peyton The Hillis Have Eyes will be splitting carries this season. If this is true, which it sound like it is, Charles drops and Hillis rises in value.

In 2010, Thomas Jones had 245 carries with only 14 receptions…my headache that year was his 3.7 YPC. Jamaal Charles got 240 carries with 45 receptions…he did have a whopping 6.4 YPC.

In 2012, the Chiefs may want to do a similar split, but the problem is that I will have I hard time thinking a re-energized Hillis will only get 3.7 YPC and only 14 receptions, as he is a very good receiver out of the backfield. Charles on the other hand may struggle to have the same explosiveness until more than halfway through the season as it usually takes 1 1/2 to get back to form. Did I mention Hillis will be the goaline back too?

Personally, I would like to see Charles fall into the 3rd round before I pull the trigger, history is not on his side. Hillis on the other hand may be one of the steals of the draft.

62 million dollar flop, how the Chiefs got rused

He led the Patriots to a 17-10 victory over the Chiefs that day, and went on to a 10-5 record with...

Kansas City Chiefs' Hillis playing with "the most talented team that I have been on"

Peyton Hillis had his 15 minutes of fame in 2010 when he was one of the top rushers in the NFL. However, he had an injury plagued 2011 and Cleveland decided to move on from the bruising, but often injured back. He didn’t help his cause by acting like a prima donna in Cleveland after his lone break out season. On March 14, 2012, Hillis signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. Hillis...
