According to Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle, running back Kendall Hunter and receiver Kyle Williams should be ready to go for training camp.
Both players season went up in smoke on the same play back in November. Hunter is a up and coming running back who will most likely get more playing time under incumbent Frank Gore.
Williams, largely known for his 2011 postseason mistakes fielding kicks, is also a solid receiver that the 49ers would like to develop into a larger role. Branch writes:
'Kendall Hunter has resumed running and will be back for the start of training camp, a source close to the 49ers running back said today.
Hunter, 24, who has split his time between Santa Clara and Texas this offseason, was injured in the 49ers’ win at New Orleans on Nov. 25. He rushed for 371 yards and averaged 5.2 yards a carry in his second NFL season.'
