Arizona Cardinals offensive line coach/offensive assistant Russ Grimm’s contract expires at the end of the end of this season and he could end up leaving for Jacksonville. Jason LaCanfora of the NFL Network has reported that there are several teams interested in Grimm’s services for next season. Grimm has been Cardinals head coach Ken Wisenhunt since their days with the Steelers, so it might be difficult for him to leave the Cardinals. Grimm also has a great relationship with new Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey,  which could land him in Jacksonville. Grimm will have a tough decision to make on his future at the end of the season.
