Found October 04, 2012 on NFL Draft Zone:

Most of the Rams rookies have came through in a very big way so far in their first four games.  Rookies like Janoris Jenkins, Brian Quick, Chris Givens, Greg Zuerlein, Isaiah Pead and Daryl Richardson have all had a huge impact in the first four games.  When the Rams came out of the draft, I was one of the biggest supporters of their draft, besides the Brian Quick pick.  I love small school players and they went on a small school shopping spree.

To me, the Rams did the best out of any NFL team  in the draft.  Janoris Jenkins has been a very good cornerback and has made many great plays.  Brian Quick has been slow to start but has still caught some balls. Chris Givens has been a big play guy who has made several plays for the Rams.  Both Daryl Richardson and Isaiah Pead have had to fill the void of losing Steven Jackson and have done a great job, but the rookie of the year for the Rams so far has to be rookie kicker Greg Zuerlein.  This kid has been amazing and easily one of the best kickers in the NFL.  He is on point right now drilling all of his field goals and hitting several deep kicks.  He has a 60 yarder already as well as a 58 yarder in the same game.  He is the first kicker in NFL history to hit 2 field goals in a game from over 58 yards.  He has a huge leg and is a huge part the Rams are doing well.  Expect all these guys to step up tonight if they want to beat the 4-0 Arizona Cardinals.  I expect this game going down to the wire and the Rams get the “W” with a 50 plus yard field goal from “Greg the Leg”.  What do you think?

Danny Amendola makes sweet one-handed catch

Sam Bradford started off the Rams’ Thursday night match-up against the Phoenix Cardinals by throwing early and often. On the second pass completion of the day Bradform hooked up with Amendola on a 44 yard pass which Amendola pulled in with just his left arm. It should be noted that Bradford and the Rams were going directly after Patrick Peterson, who was also flagged on the play...

Steven Jackson to be a free agent following 2012

Steven Jackson's contract will likely be void after this season, making Jackson an unrestricted free agent in 2013. According to Pete Prisco of CBS, the Rams will allow Jackson to void his contract following this season, even though he hasn't reached the incentives required for him to do so. The move is strange to say the least, considering he's the Rams...

Rams Allow RB Jackson To Void Final Year Of Contract - Steven Jackson wasn’t able to hit the statistical plateaus that would have allowed him to void out the final two years of his contract, but the Rams are going to let him slide on the last one anyway. NFL Network Says Steven Jackson & His Groin Played Last Night

We’ll trust that Stacey Dales asked Steven Jackson if he would play with that injured groin. Anyway, how does Dales still have a football reporting job? Blah, blah, blah. Groin. Play.Just as we suspected, the Arizona Cardinals were complete frauds. A 17-3 loss to the Rams proved our theory to be completely true. 45 rushing yards from the Cardinals speaks for itself. The Rams had...

Saints Injury Report: Lance Moore

As Drew Brees looks to pass Johnny Unitas in most consecutive games with a touchdown pass, the St. Louis Rams will be looking to gain some traction.  They have started the season in an 0-4 hole.  While it is not likely that they will be able to recover from that start, they will still look to turn things around starting Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.  However, they...

Cardinals vs. Rams Thursday Night Pick Against the Spread

ARIZONA CARDINALS @ ST. LOUIS RAMS (+2) I’m taking the Rams tonight. This is solely a situtional play for me here. 60% of the public likes the Cardinals. The Rams are at home twice in a row where they start the season 2-0. They found a win over the Seahawks and beat the Redskins at home thus far this year. The Cardinals aren’t going 16-0 and they should have lost to the Dolphins...

Cardinals-Rams Live Blog, Second Half

As opposed to our previous two live blogs, where all first half offense eased into the game just before halftime life it was trying to be fashionably late, both teams got on the board with their first possession, appearing shockingly competent. The Rams even got an outstanding one-handed catch from Danny Amendola to key their opening touchdown drive. Of course, Welkahdola couldn’t...
