ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reporrts the Saints have reached an agreement with first round pick rookie running back Mark Ingram. He may not begin Saints camp at the top of the depth chart, but he’s fully expected to be the team’s Week one feature back.

Ingram arrived at Saints headquarters on Saturday morning and walked out to practice in his No. 28 jersey and holding his helmet. Wilson’s agreement occurred during practice.

Terms have not been released for the deal with Ingram, who was taken 28th overall with the Saints’ second of two first-round draft picks.

The agreements come amid a flurry of activity for the Saints, who agreed to a handful of free agent deals Friday night, including a four-year, $28.5 million contract with Pro Bowl strong safety Roman Harper.

Still unsigned is Saints top overall draft choice, defensive end Cam Jordan.
