New Orleans Saints OT Jon Stinchcomb told Nola.com that he had spots hernia surgery on Friday. Stinchcomb’s surgery is considered to be a “typical” hernia repair and it should take about 3 weeks to heal fully. Stinchcomb told Nola.com, “It’s disappointing not to be able to work out with the rest of the team, especially heading into the first OTA’s. But I’m hoping for a speedy recovery. And the good news is that it’s not the middle of the season, and I’m not going to miss any games or anything like that”.
