The New Orleans Saints have a top cornerback in Marshon Lattimore. After drafting Kool-Aid McKinstry in round two of the 2024 NFL Draft, there were concerns around the fan base that they may trade Lattimore in the coming months.
That being said, Saints GM Mickey Loomis said last week that the team was not actively attempting to trade the star cornerback.
Earlier this week, Lattimore liked a post on Instagram that mentioned a potential trade to the Houston Texans.
Since doing it, Lattimore has seemingly unliked the post. It's possible that he noticed that reaction from Saints fans via social media and wanted to clear the air.
Appears he unliked that post. It shouldn’t shock anyone if Lattimore would rather swap Ryans and Stroud for Allen and Carr. Texans also have the resources to make a trade. But all indications to this point are that he’ll be in NO this year. We’ll see if that changes. https://t.co/I8tKstwe2C pic.twitter.com/8i2owcGLUU

It is also a possibility that he liked the post without swiping through all of the photos. Lattimore's trade was not shown until the third picture of the post. He may have only seen the first or first two pictures before liking the post from B/R Gridiron.
Check out that post below.
Does Lattimore want to be moved from New Orleans? Only he knows for sure. He may be completely happy with the Saints for now.
That being said, it is a situation worth monitoring for fans. The world of social media can be a fickle one in today's sports scene.
