Before Monday night's "Inaccurate Reception" debacle, the biggest story of Week 3 was San Francisco’s shocking loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

The 49ers were shut down on offense, and Christian Ponder and company had their way with what is supposed to be one of the best defenses in the NFL.

The Jets are coming off a 3-point victory, in overtime, over division rival Miami and are currently tied for first in the AFC East.

The Jets have been able to keep any quarterback controversy calmed down with excellent play from Mark Sanchez and almost no offense to speak of from Tim Tebow. The Jets' defense did suffer a huge loss of the defensive side of the ball.

Star cornerback Darrelle Revis went down for the season with an ACL tear, even if Rex Ryan is not yet ready to rule him out for the rest of the year.

1. Frank Gore will have a huge day. Gore was limited to only 63 yards on the ground against the Vikings. With Revis out look for Alex Smith to attack the Jets secondary early and often. This should open up plenty of room for Gore to rack up plenty of yards both in the run and passing game. So if you own Manningham, Crabtree, Gore, or Smith and company in fantasy they should all be starting.

2. Isn’t San Francisco’s defense supposed to be top-tier? They didn’t look it against Minnesota. Giving up 346 total yards and three touchdowns to a Vikings squad that is supposed to be rebuilding.

Look for the 49ers' defense to step up and shut down Mark Sanchez. The Jets have no running game to speak of with Bilal Powell and Shonn Greene, which means Sanchez might have a bad day.

3. Tebow Time. That may be the best way for the Jets to put up some offense. If Sanchez struggles and throws some picks the long awaited Tebow chants will begin. And now that the real refs are back we could all use a little controversy.
