New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes wants to patch his rocky relationship with Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, as the team is considering releasing Holmes, sometime this week, to save $15 million.According to ESPN New York, Holmes took to his twitter page to "try" to patch his relationship with the Jets QB, by sending a tweet to Sanchez: @Mark_Sanchez @Pouha91 Hope your getting as antsy as me for the 2012-13 season to start. One more day til we start to make that journey. The tweet comes a day after Jets head coach Rex Ryan said that Holmes and Sanchez were planning a sit-down weekend retreat to talk about their difference and get back on the same page for the new upcoming NFL season.At least it's a positive outlook in the Jets locker room.
