12th Man Rising:
It’s time for our weekly Q&A with the editor from our opponent’s Fansided blog. Each week, I ask them 6 questions about their team, and they ask me 6 questions about the Seahawks. This week I’m joined by Jamie from GMenHQ.com. Be sure to check out my answers to his questions on his site, and let me know if you think I’m way off on my answers!1) Osi and Tuck seem to be the keys to making this defense work. If either don’t play or are limited because of their injuries, how can the Giants still create pressure on Tarvaris Jackson? Two of the best veteran tandem pass rushers in the NFL — you’re darn right it effects pressure from the front 4 if they play or not. And not getting that pressure really stresses out the secondary for the Giants or any team that relies heavily on Cover 2 fundamentals. Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson left Sunday's game against the New York Giants with a right shoulder injury. Jackson took off for an 11-yard rush on Seattle's second possession of the second quarter, but when he got up he was favoring his right shoulder. He was helped off the field and is questionable to return for the game. Jackson had completed 15-of-22 passes for...
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) -- Seattle quarterback Tarvaris Jackson was sidelined midway through the third quarter of Sunday's game against the New York Giants.
It has been a funny couple of weeks here at 12th Man Rising. Over the past 14 days, I’ve been told that I have both a natural bias toward Tarvaris Jackson, and that I’m a Tarvaris Jackson hater. I’ve been told that I’m far too negative, and I’ve been accused of being a paid member of the Seahawks PR firm. I’ve been told I need to write more about what “really matters”...
Scoring 21 points in a half can do wonders for a team’s confidence. Just ask Seattle Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson. He believes his team will build off last week’s second-half performance against Atlanta last week. “The second half after we started scoring and moving the ball down the field, every time the defense got us the ball back, we felt like we were going to...

The Seahawks have plenty of self-inflicted wounds already against the Giants, now they have one courtesy of the Giants defense. Jackson left the game after an 11-yard run on the second Seahawks possession of the second half. Jackson was holding his right arm after a hit by Dave Tollefson and trainers started looking at his…
Well, Seahawks, it could be worse. You could be the Jacksonville Jaguars.
