NFL Injury Report:
Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett left Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans with a lower back injury, according to NFL.com's Greg Rosenthal. Bennett sustained the injury in the second quarter and was unfortunately carted off the field on a stretcher. Thankfully, he was still able to move his arms and legs after the play. Bennett was later cleared by hospital medical staff after receiving precautionary tests. He was allowed to return to the stadium and rejoin his teammates shortly after his departure. It is still unknown exactly how much damage Bennett may have done. While it is certainly encouraging to know that he was allowed to leave the hospital so quickly after sustaining a potentially serious lower back injury, there is still a possibility that Bennett could miss time. His on-field presence would be missed as he has been one of the most reliable pass-rushers on the team so far this season with 2.5 sacks in three and a half games. Lucky for Seahawk fans, reinforcements are on the way whether Bennett can play next week or not. Former first-round draft pick Bruce Irvin is eligible to return from his four-game suspension this week. Plus, veteran defensive end Chris Clemons returned this week against Houston and played well in limited action. Follow @TheNFLInjuryRpt Looking for fantasy football advice?

Look at Russell Wilson. Enough gets said about the Seattle Seahawks’ quarterback being short. But he’s adorable, too, and I don’t usually say that about guys. I just want to take him home to mom and tell her he’s my new little brother.
And he’ll kill you, in a metaphorical football sense. Get between him and a win, he’ll leave you in the gutter with blood on your face...
Seattle defensive end Michael Bennett has been taken off the field on a stretcher after injuring his lower back on a hit on Houston quarterback Matt Schaub.
He was moving his legs and arms before he was strapped on the board and rolled off the field on a stretcher. The team says he has been taken to the hospital, but has feeling in all of his extremities.

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett suffered a scary back injury against the Houston Texans. He was carted off on a stretcher.
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson put his team on his back and ran for the hawks fourth win of season and the first 4-0 start ever in the history of Seattle. A lot happened to get the hawks into overtime including a clutch Richard Sherman pick 6, after starting the second half down 20-3.
In the first half, the offense looked stagnate through most of the game. The...
The Seahawks showed that they not only can come from behind, but CB Richard Sherman can outrun the Texans with only one shoe on. This team is good, very good and could get even better.
Through four games, the Seattle Seahawks are averaging some impressive totals, ranking second in points allowed with 11.8, sixth in total yards allowed with 300.2, fifth in pass yards allowed with 191.2 and 18th in rush yards allowed with 109.0. Combined with an offense averaging 27.2 points per game, it is easy to understand why […]
The Seattle Seahawks have proverbially shaken off their detractors with a nothing-than-dramatic comeback victory in overtime against the Houston Texans.Russell Wilson and Seattle have been the media darling of the NFL this season, along with the Denver Broncos and Peyton Manning, but one thing that critics and analyst have repeatedly pointed out is the difference between Seattle...
Did you happen to miss the Seahawks vs. Texans game on Sunday? Sorry. But you missed another Beastmode run from the man we call Marshawn Lynch.

Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Clinton McDonald's face mask was bent out of shape during Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.
Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has alternated good and bad games this season, and Week 4 was one of his good ones. He had 98 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries and also caught three passes for 45 yards against Houston.Fantasy Spin:Lynch already has eight catches this season. He came into Sunday's game averaging just 3.4 yards per carry, but he broke free for a 43-yard...
A Real Test…
Not that I’m trying to take away from the Seattle Seahawks perfect 3-0 record, but they haven’t exactly faced the stiffest competition in getting that far. While playing the Panthers on the road is far from a gimmie, it’s not like the Seahawks aren’t the vastly better of the two squads; even the Niners in week 2 wasn’t a real challenge, and don’t even...
After Seattle rallied for an overtime win against the Houston Texans on Sunday, Pete Carroll joked that halftime was the best thing that happened to his team.
The Seahawks shook off a terrible first half in which they trailed by 17 points to rally for the 23-20 victory to improve to 4-0 for the first time in franchise history.

Seahawks 4-0 for 1st time
After the game I was having a conversation about dramatic victories the Seahawks have had in the recent years. I threw out the fact that the Bears game was the turning point of last season. It was also Russell Wilson’s coming out party as he grew from the Seahawks starting quarterback to a household name.
Because of those reasons I said it was the...
