Russell Wilson became the first Seattle quarterback to run for three touchdowns in one game in the Seahawks' 50-17 victory over the Buffalo Bills at Rogers Centre in Toronto.
Wilson, who ended with nine carries for 92 yards, also set the franchise record for rushing yards in a season by a QB. Wilson also completed 14-of-22 passes for 205 yards and a touchdown for Seattle, which has scored 131 points during a three-game winning streak.
Ryan Fitzpatrick completed 21-of-38 passes for 217 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions for the Bills (5-9), who played a regular-season game in Toronto for a fifth straight season.
C.J. Spiller carried the ball 17 times for 103 yards and a score for Buffalo, which has lost two in a row while Stevie Johnson caught eight passes for 115 yards and a touchdown.

Russell Wilson and the Seahawks put it to the Bills on Sunday in Toronto
Russell Wilson completed 14-of-23 passes for 205 yards with one touchdown and added nine carries for 92 yards and three touchdowns in the Seahawks’ 50-17 Week 15 win over the Bills. Wilson came into this game with zero touchdowns rushing all season. That was a fluke, and so was this hat trick. Two of his rushing scores came on zone reads during which the Bills failed to cover the...
Russell Wilson Scores Third Rushing Touchdown of Day While Making Push for Offensive Rookie of the Year (Animation)
Russell Wilson has quietly been keeping up with both Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III all season with his strong play. On a day when Luck’s Colts lost and Griffin sat out with an injury, Wilson may jump both players as the new leader for the offensive rookie of the year award.
Wilson has four touchdowns through the first half, with one coming through the air and three on the...
Seahawks: Rusher Wilson & his high-flying Seahawks
Seahawks: Presenting, Rusher Wilson!
So the Seahawks gave up seventeen more points this week than last week. I mean, “where was the defense?!” Did the atmosphere of the opponent’s venue not inspire another shutout? Couldn’t you guys at least hold the Bills to under sixteen points?! I hate to be so negative about the margin of victory, but couldn’t you have covered double...
Russell Wilson Has Seahawks Peaking Just in Time for Playoffs Which Should Have NFC Teams Worried
A little over a month ago, the Seattle Seahawks had seemingly plateaued and appeared ready for a sharp and sudden plummet back to reality, and presumably the NFC West cellar. But, oh, how things have changed.
Coming off a pair of tough losses heading into the second half of the season, Seattle sat with a middling 4-4 record and a treacherous road ahead of them. The same team that...
Seahawks hit the 50-point mark for second straight week
TORONTO - Russell Wilson took another step toward greatness Sunday. Actually, several steps. And the Seattle Seahawks moved another step closer to the playoffs, while still having a shot at an NFC West title. Wilson, a precocious rookie quarterback, rushed for 92 yards and three scores, and he passed for another touchdown as the Seahawks remained the NFL's hottest team, pummeling...
Seahawks 50, Bills 17
TORONTO -- Rookie quarterback Russell Wilson rushed for three touchdowns and passed for another as the red-hot Seattle Seahawks pummeled the hapless Buffalo Bills 50-17 at the Rogers Centre on Sunday. The explosive performance by the former Wisconsin star enabled the Seahawks (9-5) to win for fifth time in six games. The Bills (5-9) were officially eliminated from playoff contention...

Wilson,Luck vs. same 8 opponents-NFC WEST Blog-ESPN
Two weeks ago, we provided upon request a look at how Seattle's Russell Wilson and Indianapolis' Andrew Luck fared against seven common opponents. The two impressive rookies have faced eight common opponents now that Seattle has also played the Buffalo Bills. The Seahawks and Colts have no additional common opponents...
Obvious reasons the Seahawks laid a beatdown on the Bills!
Seattle took Toronto, Bills by storm
Canadian fans got to witness live NFL action on Sunday afternoon as the Bills played a “home game” in the Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto, Ontario. It wasn’t apparent that Buffalo had any sort of home field advantage, and if they did it sure didn’t rattle the Seahawks one bit.
From start to finish, like last week’s blowout win, the Seattle...
Vote: Should Robert Griffin III, Andrew Luck or Russell Wilson Win NFL Rookie of the Year Award?
It was clear long before last April that the 2012 NFL Draft was going to center around two players. Those two players — quarterbacks, of course — were Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin III.
Both players were expected to be franchise-changing talents. Luck was the consensus choice for No. 1, but holding the second pick wasn’t expected to be too shabby, either, with Griffin waiting...
Seahawks MMQB: Trap averted vs. Bills in Toronto
Seahawks come out swinging
Earlier in the week I wrote a piece about why the upcoming game against the Buffalo Bills concerned me. The Seahawks wasted no time relieving me of my concerns as they scored on their first 5 possession, before finally punting the ball on their 6th. By that time the Seahawks offense had already scored 31-points.
In-fact, the Seahawks became just the...

Seahawk’s Offense Starting to Turn Heads
We are 14 games into the regular season and the Seattle Seahawks appear to be peaking at the perfect time. Within a matter of weeks this Seahawks offense, which has been steadily improving throughout the season, has become one of the hot topics across the NFL.
This past Sunday the Seahawks dropped the Bills 50-17 just one week after rolling...
Seahawks vs. Buffalo Bills Week 15 game balls & stats
Another blow out
I don’t know who the hell kidnapped my beloved Seahawks and replaced them with football players who can actually put up mass amounts of points, but I love them dearly!
Again, the Seattle Seahawks put up 50 plus points against a lesser opponent this week.
Their two game point total is now 108, which ties the New England Patriots, from earlier this year, as the third...
Seattle’s Rookie QB Is Shocking The World
Photo Credit: Rick Bowmer/AP The 2012 NFL Draft was one that was highlighted by two quarterbacks that were both worthy of being selected number 1 overall: Stanford’s Andrew Luck and Baylor’s Robert Griffin III. Well, who would have thought that with two weeks to go in the regular season a guy that was picked 75th overall by the Seattle Seahawks was the favorite to bring home...
Red-Hot Seahawks Hang 50 On Bills: 5 Things We Learned
The Seattle Seahawks are a team to be reckoned with. If last week’s 58-0 drubbing of the Arizona Cardinals was not enough, the Seahawks proved they are not just a flash in the pan with a 50-17 victory over the Buffalo Bills in Toronto. In the NFL’s only regular season game in Canada, Russell Wilson took center stage rushing for three touchdowns and throwing for another. So...
Bills Woes Reach New Low
As if clinching their 13th consecutive season of missing the playoffs wasn’t enough for Buffalo fans, the Bills decided that they wanted to fall to a level far lower than they’ve hit all season Sunday as they lost to the Seattle Seahawks 50-17 in Toronto.
How many horrible things can be said about the Bills abysmal effort yesterday?
Quite a bit, let’s make a list of the things...
