Late in last Sunday's loss to the Dolphins, Earl Thomas was flagged for a highly questionable personal foul penalty.
On Wednesday, after he was slapped with a $15,000 fine by the NFL, the Seahawks' Pro Bowl safety took to Twitter to express his displeasure.
On the play, Thomas was rushing quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who barely got the pass away and was intercepted by linebacker Bobby Wagner in the end zone. However, Thomas' momentum caused him to make contact with the head area of Tannehill, drawing the penalty. Miami would eventually score and go on to win, 24-21.
It was a ticky-tack call to say the least, one that single-handedly changed the outcome of the game. There was nothing Thomas could do -- short of pulling something out of The Matrix -- to overrule the laws of physics.
His beef is certainly understandable.
