Seattle Seahawks starting guard Robert Gallery is expected to miss between four-and-six weeks of action with a groin injury. Gallery, who was hurt in the first quarter of Sunday's loss to Pittsburgh, will require surgery. The earliest he likely could return is not until after Seattle's bye in Week 7. Gallery was signed during the offseason to help fortify an inexperienced offensive line. But he hasn't been able to stay healthy, missing the Seahawks' season opener with a sprained right knee. Gallery spent the first seven seasons of his career in Oakland after being taken No. 2 in the 2004 draft. Seattle is 0-2 under second-year coach Pete Carroll.
