Found April 06, 2013 on NFL Trade Rumors:
Danny O’Neil of the Seattle Times reports that the Seattle Seahawks have explored the idea of acquiring Jets QB Tim Tebow recently, but the team is no longer believed to be considering him. Thigpen and Wallace appear to be the favorites as they would be able to run the zone-read option that Seattle has been employing in recent years. On top of that, their skill set is similar Russell Wilson, so it’s not as though they would be forced to adjust their offensive approach if either of them were forced into action. The Seahawks recently traded backup QB Matt Flynn to Oakland, and have since signed Josh Portis to a two-year contract.
