The Seattle Seahawks activated receiver Deon Butler off of the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list this week, but he will not be active today against Baltimore, as the Penn State product continues to try and shake the rust off. Others on the inactive list for Seattle include linebacker David Vobora, who was ruled out by Pete Carroll on Friday because of a concussion, and Cameron Morrah, who still nursing toe and knee injuries.
