Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is listed as probable for Sunday's NFC Wild Card playoff game against the Washington Redskins.
Lynch, who is dealing with a back injury, was a full participant in practice the past two days after being limited in Wednesday's session.
He carried the ball 315 times for 1,590 yards and 11 touchdowns during the regular season.
Cornerback Jeremy Lane (knee) is also listed as probable. He returned to practice in a limited role on Friday after missing Thursday's practice.

The NFL playoffs have finally arrived and only a few short weeks remain until we can crown a world champion. For now we have wild card weekend to look forward to, and the most enticing game for fans whose team didn’t make the big dance, is Sundays matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins. The 2012 NFL regular season is over and the playoff-bound Seahawks have nabbed the top spot in our power rankings after dominating down the stretch.
Does the Seattle or Washing rookie come out on top this week?
The Playoffs start this weekend and some teams will be one and done.
Here are this weekends winners and losers.
AFC Wild Card Game - #6 Bengals at #3 Texans
This is a very interesting game. The Bengals have been red hot headed into the playoffs and the Texans have been a disaster the last several weeks. At...
Washington Redskins vs Seattle Seahawks
FedEx Field, Washington
Who saw this one coming at the start of the season? Two rookie quarterbacks guiding their teams into the first round of the playoffs against one another and neither of them has done it playing the traditional rookie quarterback role. Instead of having their teams carrying them while they adjust to the speed...
Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is very confident heading into Sunday’s playoff game against the Redskins. So confident that he’s not worried about the Redskins’ receivers.“None of them,” Sherman told USA TODAY Sports on Wednesday as the Seahawks prepared to face the Redskins (Sunday, 4:30 p.m. ET, Fox) in an NFC wild-card playoff game. Not Pierre Garcon, who...
Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is riding high after beating the charges that he used PEDs. Sherman had his coming out party during the regular season, and with the playoffs approaching, he’s prepared to turn it up a notch.
Sherman was asked by USA TODAY about which Washington Redskins receiver gives him the slightest bit of worry. Sherman’s answer was predictable...
Which rookie will excel this weekend?
The playoffs are here and it's time to analyze the players and teams.
Here's a look at the Quarterbacks in the playoffs and how they stack-up against each other.
#1 - Peyton Manning - After the season Peyton had it's hard not to put him at the top of the list. He has home field, the experience and his team is rolling...
Had Richard Sherman's four-game suspension been upheld last week, the Seattle Seahawks cornerback would be watching Sunday's playoff matchup against the Washington Redskins from his couch.
Sherman's suspension was overturned after an arbiter ruled the collection procedure was compromised by a leaky specimen cup. When Redskins linebacker Lorenzo Alexander was asked...
Time to show the Capital City what the real Washington team has to offer.
My furious five aspects to Coach Pete Carroll’s Seahawks game-plan in the NFC Wild Card Game against the Redskins.
1.) Load the Box
Washington’s Offence is eerily similar to that of the Seattle Seahawks, centered around a Read Option, a bruising rushing attack and opportunistic mid-range passes...

Unlike in past years, the Seahawks aren’t just a good home team. They’re a good team with a great home field advantage. After all, they do rank #1 in DVOA and weighted DVOA. However, they still have road losses against St. Louis, Arizona, Detroit, and Miami, as well as close calls against Carolina and Chicago...
Depth at quarterback is a rarity in the 21st-centruy NFL. The days of Steve Young coming off of the bench for an injured Joe Montana are gone. Once a backup quarterback establishes himself, he is lost to free agency as he becomes a luxury his team cannot afford – a casualty of the salary cap.
With the emergence of Robert Griffin and Russell Wilson, the Redskins and Seahawks each...
Seattle Seahawks (11-5) at Washington Redskins (10-6) +3.5
Of the four NFL playoff games this weekend, this matchup of two red-hot NFC teams might be the most difficult to predict. On one hand you have a surging Seattle squad that has won five straight contests (including their last two road games) in impressive fashion, outscoring opponents by nearly 27 point per game over that...
The Washington Redskins and Seattle Seahawks will battle Sunday afternoon in what surely will be a highly contested game. The two teams have already started to snipe at each other, as Seattle defensive back Richard Sherman fired the first salvo when he stated no Redskins receiver gives him any worries.
On Friday, some Redskins players fired back in their own delightful way. During...
