The Seahawks preyed on the struggling Bears as the NFC West club took a 38-14 win on the road at Soldier Field. Seattle evens their record to 7-7 while Chicago slips to the same mark. Fantasy Spin: Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson managed the game well as he completed 19 of 31 passes for 227 yards, with one touchdown against no interceptions. Running back Marshawn Lynch was held to 42 yards on 20 totes, but still came through for fantasy owners with two trips to the end zone. Golden Tate continues to trend upward in Seattle, and led the club with four grabs for 61 yards. And Doug Baldwin was virtually invisible with a measly one catch for 13 yards.

Morning links: Jackson, Bevell familiar with Bears

In my story today, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson and offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell talk about facing Chicago twice a year during their time in Minnesota, and say that experience should help in Seattle’s preparation for the Bears. “Whenever those guys are healthy, they’re a top-10 defense,” Jackson said. “So it helped me a lot being up there and preparing...

Keys to the game: Seahawks at Bears

Three keys to Seahawks victory 1. Run, run, run the ball repeatedly down the field. That's the formula Seattle has followed to win four of its past five games, and it's not impossible to do that against Chicago. Sure, the Bears rank 10th in rushing yards allowed per game, but that's misleading. The Bears allow 4.4 yards per carry, more than all but 10 teams in the league...

Seattle Seahawks Report Card: Week 15

After a dominating road win over a pretty good Chicago Bears team, its tough to complain about the performance by the Seahawks. But when I looked at the game film this morning, I was surprised at the mistake made, especially in the first half. Even the 31-0 second half was far from perfect. The Seahawks were lucky that they were playing Caleb Hanie, and not a competent QB, or this...
