Seattle Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson left Sunday's game against the New York Giants with a right shoulder injury.
Jackson rushed 11 yards on a designed play before coming up holding his shoulder. He exited the contest in the third quarter and was replaced by Charlie Whitehurst.
Trainers were looking under Jackson's pads at his throwing shoulder before taking him to the locker room. He completed 15 of 22 passes for 166 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
Jackson entered the game by completing 84 of 135 passes for 846 yards with five touchdowns and four interceptions.
