Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson has a strained right pectoral, coach Pete Carroll said after Seattle’s 36-25 win over the New York Giants on Sunday. Carroll didn’t give a time frame for Jackson’s return. The Seahawks have a bye next week before facing the Cleveland Browns on Oct. 23. Jackson suffered the injury after gaining 11 yards on a designed run with 9:22 left in the third quarter. He was seen being taken to the locker room for further evaluation, holding his shoulder.
