Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times reports the Seahawks released TE Jason Pociask. Wisconsin's onetime blocking tight end to Owen Daniels' pass catcher, Pociask was a holdover from the Jim Mora "era." Seattle will move forward with Chris Baker, Anthony McCoy, Cameron Morrah, and Jameson Konz behind John Carlson.
