The Seattle Seahawks will be hosting free agent quarterbacks Chad Henne and Matt Flynn on visits this week.
The team confirmed that Henne would visit on Wednesday with Flynn schedule to arrive and meet with team officials on Thursday.
The Seahawks are in the market for a QB with only two currently on their roster, including last year's starter Tarvaris Jackson. Jackson played well at times during his first year in Seattle but has just one year remaining on his deal.
Flynn turned heads with his performance in Green Bay's season finale when he threw for 480 yards and six touchdowns against Detroit. Henne started four games last season for Miami before having season-ending shoulder surgery.

Seahawks likely won’t offer Matt Flynn “starter” money
According to Eric D. Williams of The News Tribune, the Seattle Seahawks will likely won’t offer free agent quarterback Matt Flynn “starter” money, but rather a contract in the neighborhood of two-years, $8 million.
I’ve been very impressed with Flynn, but he clearly isn’t a proven quarterback and will need to prove exactly how much he’s worth before a team will be willing...

Short-term deal makes sense, if Miami doesn’t trump Hawks
As Matt Flynn visits the Seahawks today, Peter King reports that they are “serious about him,” and King suggests a short-term deal.
“I’m not talking about paying Flynn big money. That’d be dumb,” King tweeted, suggesting a three-year deal worth $20 million and guaranteeing $8 million. “Big money comes when he proves self.”
That’s great in theory, and the Seahawks...

Eagles Sign Seahawks OG/C Mike Gibson
According to Pro Football Weekly, the Eagles have signed OG/C Mike Gibson, a guy they drafted in 2008, to a 2 year deal. Gibson was signed off the Eagles practice squad in 2009 by the Seattle Seahawks and started 8 games there in 2010. With the release of Jamaal Jackson and the trade of Winston Justice, the Eagles certainly could use some depth on the line. Gibson could potentially...
NFL Free Agency: Possible Seahawks linebackers love ‘em & hate ‘em
A look into the linebackers free agency market
Last season the Seahawks drafted KJ Wright which allowed them to cut ties with the grossly underperforming Aaron Curry. Seattle also drafted Malcolm Smith last year and the 7th round draft choice is currently the other starting OLB.
One would think the Seattle Seahawks have to be active March 13th.
Here’s how I see Seahawks...

NFL Free Agency: Possible Seahawks wide receivers love ‘em & hate ‘em
A look into the wide receiver free agency market
Last year Seattle made a big splash when they signed Sidney Rice to a 5 year $41 million dollar contract.
They were also able to add Doug Baldwin as an un-drafted free agent and we all know how great that has turned out. Because of these two moves last off season I would not expect Seattle to make any big moves at this position.
