Seahawks Blog:
The Seahawks have traded cornerback Kelly Jennings to Cincinnati. They will receive defensive tackle Clinton McDonald, a seventh-round draft choice in 2009 who matriculated from the Bengals' practice squad to the regular-season roster in 2010.Jennings was Seattle's first-round choice in 2006. He started 14 games last season, and was re-signed less than a month ago to a one-year contract. The trade of Jennings reflects the fact Seattle is so pleased with the performance of Brandon Browner and the development of rookies Richard Sherman and Byron Maxwell that the Seahawks didn't foresee a role for Jennings in the secondary this season.Clinton McDonald | Player profileNFL.com
