Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice has undergone surgery on both shoulders.
One of the procedures was to repair a torn labrum.
Rice's season was cut short when he was placed on injured reserve at the end of November with a concussion.
He had 32 receptions for 484 yards and two touchdowns in his first season with season.
Rice has his best season in 2009, hauling in 83 catches for 1,312 yards and eight touchdowns with the Minnesota Vikings.
