Seattle Times Seahawks reporter, Danny O'Neil tweeted out an interesting quote attributed to WR Sidney Rice in response to Golden Tate's TD pass to Rice:
"His throwing motion was the worst. I thought we traded for Tebow for a second."
Interesting given the fact the Seahawks played against Tebow and the struggling Jets today and quite funny in my opinion if true.

Pick Him Up: Golden Tate
Don’t hate, appreciate Juan…
Golden Tate was looking like one of the luckiest WRs in the NFL when the replacement refs gifted him a TD earlier in the season. He has been all over the place with his point totals this season, but he may have settled in to a position with the Seahawks where he can get some serious looks as Wilson evolves.

At The Bye Week: Analyzing The Seahawks First Ten Games
Photo Credit: Elaine Thompson/Associated PressSomehow, the Seahawks only have six games remaining in the regular season. Is it just me, or does the NFL season go by faster and faster with each passing year? Nonetheless, Seattle is 6-4, and holds the 6th and final playoff spot in the NFC...
Wilson throws 2 TDs in 'Hawks win
Russell Wilson threw touchdowns of 38 yards to Golden Tate and 31 yards to Sidney Rice, and the Seattle Seahawks sent the New York Jets to their worst start since 2007 with a 28-7 win on Sunday.
Wilson was harried for much of the day by the multiple looks from the Jets' defense. But the Seattle rookie responded with key throws, hitting Tate on the opening drive, then connecting...
Moments in Time: Jets vs. Seattle Seahawks 1998
Phil [Bad]Luckett
The Seattle Seahawks were at home on a chilly night in December with Vinny Testaverde and the Jets coming to town. How Testaverde was still able to play the game is beyond all of us, but one this is for certain – he was part of one of the most controversial plays in Seahawks team history.
It was Ricky Watters vs. Curtis Martin and Keyshawn Johnson vs. Joey Galloway...
Seahawks top Jets in 28-7 rout
Golden Tate opened the scoring by leaping over a cornerback to pull in a perfectly placed touchdown pass, then capped the day for Seattle with a TD toss of his own.
In between those bookend moments, the Seahawks did their part in adding another chapter to the tough season of the New York Jets.

Marshawn Lynch is Probable
Seahawks halfback Marshawn Lynch (wrist) is probable for Week 10.Fantasy Spin:Lynch has turned in three straight 100-yard games and is on pace for a career-high 1,566 yards. The running back has played through back pain all season but missed two practices this week due to a new wrist injury.
Seahawks stroll to 28-7 win over Jets
SEATTLE -- It was so much more than a win over the Seattle Seahawks and a loss for the New York Jets. Seattle's 28-7 thumping of the Jets on Sunday at CenturyLink Field was a showcase of teams headed in different directions. The Seahawks won their second straight game and improved to 5-0 at home. With the continuing maturation of rookie quarterback Russell Wilson and the running...
Five Seattle Seahawks who must impress vs. Jets on Sunday
The usual suspects
The Seattle Seahawks are at home again this week, welcoming in the New York Jets. The Seahawks are looking to go on a win streak after reversing their recent luck last week in a win over the Minnesota Vikings. The Jets are just looking to keep their head above water as they sink further and further down the AFC ranks.

Injuries up the gut
The Seattle Seahawks and the New York Jets have interior line injuries on both sides of the ball.
Offensively, the Seahawks will be without starting left guard James Carpenter (Concussion) for the second week in a row. Despite being listed on the injury report, I expect John Moffitt (Knee) to start in his place, with Paul McQuistan starting at right guard...

Week 10 - Seahawks Win! (R-Rated Thread)
The offense looked ugly in the early going, giving up turnovers and making the Jets look like they've got a legitimate pass rush, but an improved second half performance combined with Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow hosting an all-game clinic on how not to play the QB position ultimately led to a nice, satisfying victory.
Also, I love how well the Seahawks are executing on Wilson...
