PLAYERS: Zach Miller
TEAMS: Seattle Seahawks
Seattle Seahawks tight end Zach Miller suffered a torn plantar fascia on the third play of yesterday’s divisional playoff game against the Falcons.  He went to the locker room, received a pain killing injection and finished the game with eight receptions for 142 yards. “It was nice to get some balls like that,” Miller said, per The Seattle Times. “But I’m disappointed that we didn’t win when we were so close. If there is any solace, I don’t feel it right now.” We wish Miller the best as he recovers during the offseason.   Need NFL Tickets? var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; document.write(''); script.type = 'text/javascript'; script.src = 'http://widget.crowdignite.com/widgets/27484?_ci_wid=_CI_widget_'+_CI.counter; script.async = true; ref.parentNode.insertBefore(script, ref); })(); sr_adsp...

ATLANTA For the Seahawks, spinning it forward seemed simpler than looking back. As Pete Carroll and his players were quick to point out, over and over again: "The future is bright." And it is.
