The Seattle Seahawks opened up training camp at their beautiful facility in Renton, Washington. While you know the names Russell Wilson, Richard Sherman, Marshawn Lynch and Earl Thomas, you might not know the 5 players I am going to list next. These players will be known by all come the end of the preseason. Christine Michael: This is the running back of the future. The 2nd round running back from Texas A&M is an absolute freak of an athlete. Just watching his highlight tape he reminds you of an Adrian Peterson type running back. While I am not saying he is going to be Adrian Peterson, I believe Michael will emerge as the best running back from his draft class. I also believe 5’10 220 lb Michael will beat out Robert Turbin and be Marshawns go-to back up. Marshawn will not get too many carries in the preseason games, so expect to see a lot of Michael and Turbin competing for that 2nd string job. Also, expect Michael to return some kicks to get him in open space. With Harvin out banged up I can see the Seahawks being careful with exposing him to shots. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LCVqxFeWFoU                               Cliff Avril: My second favorite offseason acquisition behind Harvin is Avril. Avril is a pass rushing specialist and will provide a huge impact  on the defensive line. What was once a weakness will now be a strength. Avril has been helping Bruce Irvin learn the techniques and tricks required to help his pass rush. Avril is only 26 and has proven to be a sack artist. Expect big things from a hungry player trying to earn a new contract.   Golden Tate: Tate has been making spectacular plays already in camp. Him and Wilson have developed a chemistry that will be fruitful this season. Tate has always had a knack for playmaking, but I believe Tate will put it all together and take advantage of 1 on 1 matchups. If Harvin is on the field, the Tate will surprise even more. So much will go into stopping Harvin, Rice, Miller, and Lynch that Tate will be able to get the ball with room to run. I expect Tate in a contract year to maybe put up the best numbers in the receiving core. He is a unique player who lines up on the outside, with slot receiver skills. Tate will cause havoc this year.
