Yesterday was a busy for Kellen Winslow. He started the day, according to a report by ESPN.com by going on SiriusXM radio telling the football world that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were moving on and looking to trade him. By the end of the day, the Bucs had signed former Colts tight end Dallas Clark and shipped Winslow to the Seahawks for an undisclosed draft pick.
Regardless of the reasons why Tampa Bay decided to trade Winslow to the Seattle, the move has now created a drastically different tight end situation for the Seahawks. The team already has former pro bowl tight end Zach Miller, however the former raider, who signed a lucrative free agent contract last offseason, has been a disappointment.
