In an otherwise ugly game by both the Raiders and Chiefs, it came down to one play at the end of regulation. The Chiefs had driven deep into Raider territory and looked to put the game away. But Richard Seymour saved the day.
The score was tied at 13-13 and the Chiefs got the ball with just :16 seconds left in the game. The drive started at the 33 yard line which meant the Chiefs would need just 27 yards to get into field goal range for Ryan Succop. They picked up nearly that entire yardage in one play when Kyle Orton connected with Dwayne Bowe for 25 yards. Then one more 11 yard completion to Terrence Copper and the Chiefs were set up to win the game.Succop would enter the game to attempt a 49 yard field goal that would put the game away.
